1. Introduction and acceptance
By creating an account, downloading, installing, purchasing, activating, or using Tarango, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tarango.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering the relevant transaction or use Tarango with appropriate authorization. You are responsible for accurate information and for authority to use any organization-owned device or account.
3. Account registration
Registration requires accurate information and a valid email. The person controlling that email is responsible for the account. Accounts must not be created fraudulently or in bulk to bypass product, trial, licensing, or usage restrictions.
4. Account security
Keep your password confidential and contact Tarango if you suspect unauthorized access. Tarango support will never ask you to email your password, OTP, card number, CVV, or payment PIN.
5. Free plan
Basic Bangla and English typing is available under the Free plan. Some premium capabilities may be limited or require Pro. Free features, availability, and reasonable usage limitations may evolve.
6. Tarango Pro
Tarango Pro is a paid digital software license offered as a one-time payment for a Lifetime License on one PC. Pro may include enhanced voice typing, AI workflows, translation, rewriting, contextual replies, read-aloud, and related premium functions.
- Where 'unlimited' is advertised, it means no ordinary plan-based quota imposed by Tarango, subject to reasonable use, technical capacity, third-party availability, security, and abuse prevention.
7. Lifetime License definition
Lifetime means continued use of the purchased Pro license on the originally activated eligible PC, subject to these Terms, software and service availability, and policy compliance. It does not mean unlimited PCs, transfer rights, unchanged third-party integrations, or that every current feature will exist forever.
8. One-PC license restriction
One purchased Pro license may be permanently activated on one eligible PC. Once bound to that first PC, it cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or used simultaneously on another PC.
9. Hardware and device identification
Tarango may process privacy-conscious device-related identifiers or derived information to enforce the one-PC policy. Significant hardware or system changes that cause recognition as a different computer may affect the license.
10. Non-transferability
A Pro license cannot be transferred to another user, account, PC, buyer, reseller, or customer unless Tarango provides a separate written exception. Deactivating the original PC does not create a right to move the license.
11. Pricing and promotional offers
Tarango may display a regular price, promotional price, limited-time offer, or discount. Offers may start, end, change, or be withdrawn without changing a completed purchase. Later price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.
- Regular price: ৳3,000 BDT
- Current promotional price: ৳999 BDT
- The final BDT amount displayed and accepted at checkout is the amount charged.
12. Payments
Bangladesh prices are displayed in BDT where applicable. Future payments will use authorized providers and server-side verification. Tarango does not intend to store full payment credentials. A browser success page alone is not proof of payment.
13. Digital delivery and activation
A successfully verified future purchase will be delivered digitally through the Tarango account and licensing system. No physical product is shipped. See the Delivery Policy.
14. Voice, translation, and AI-assisted features
Speech recognition, translation, rewriting, AI assistance, and contextual replies may be inaccurate. Review important output before relying on, publishing, or sending it. Tarango does not guarantee error-free results.
15. User content
When you explicitly use an online feature, text, voice, or selected content necessary to complete that request may be processed by Tarango and relevant service providers. Tarango does not claim permanent storage unless a feature expressly requires it. See the Privacy Policy.
16. Third-party services
Tarango may rely on speech, AI, translation, payment, and infrastructure providers. Their availability or technology can change, and outages may affect features. Tarango does not control third-party platforms.
17. Internet requirements
Basic offline typing may work without internet where technically supported. Online processing, account, activation, voice, translation, AI, and other connected features may require an active internet connection.
18. Acceptable use
Use Tarango responsibly, lawfully, and with respect for the rights, systems, accounts, and data of others. You remain responsible for content you create, process, or send.
19. Prohibited activities
You must not misuse Tarango or its services.
- Bypass licensing or device restrictions
- Share, transfer, rent, or resell a license
- Make fraudulent purchases or abuse accounts
- Reverse engineer protected licensing or security mechanisms where prohibited
- Introduce malicious code or disrupt servers
- Use unauthorized automation to abuse services
- Violate applicable law
20. Intellectual property
Tarango branding, software, UI, code, designs, documentation, and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Purchase grants a limited right to use the software under these Terms, not ownership of Tarango intellectual property.
21. Software updates
Tarango may issue bug fixes, security and compatibility updates, and feature improvements. Some updates may be necessary for continued compatibility with online, account, or licensing services.
22. Feature changes
Features may be added, improved, redesigned, replaced, limited, or discontinued. Tarango cannot promise permanent availability of every third-party-dependent feature.
23. Suspension and termination
Tarango may proportionately suspend or restrict an account, feature, or license to address fraud, payment or license abuse, security threats, serious policy violations, or illegal activity.
24. Refunds
Refund requests and eligibility are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
25. Service availability
Tarango aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every online feature. Maintenance, connectivity failures, capacity constraints, security events, and third-party outages may occur.
26. No professional advice
AI, rewrite, reply, and translation outputs provide general assistance only. Tarango does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professionally certified advice. You remain responsible for important decisions.
27. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tarango is not responsible for indirect loss from user misuse, unsupported systems, connectivity failures, third-party outages, or unreviewed inaccurate generated content. Nothing excludes rights or liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
28. Governing context
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of Bangladesh. Mandatory consumer and other legal protections continue to apply where relevant.
29. Changes to these Terms
Tarango may update these Terms as services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date.
